The Cleaning Queens (Ohio) had 69 five-star reviews and a website button pointing at a parked domain — their preview answers “how much for a 3-bed deep clean?” on screen with an instant estimator.
Oak Tree Garden Maintenance (Derbyshire) gets a quote form that takes photos of the actual garden. Dean the Decorator wasn’t broken, just indistinguishable — so his page is built around the four words his reviewers keep repeating.
